Therapy for Residents of
Lafayette, CA
Welcome
ou may have reached a point where familiar ways of coping no longer bring the relief or clarity you need. Anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, professional stress, or spiritual questions can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and uncertain about how to move forward. I provide psychoanalytic therapy for individuals in Lafayette, CA who want to understand these experiences at a deeper level.
Our work will offer room to reflect on the emotions, memories, and patterns that influence your present life. Instead of focusing only on immediate symptoms, we can explore what may be beneath them and consider how earlier experiences continue to shape your relationships, choices, and sense of self.
Therapy can help you recognize patterns that are difficult to see on your own, work through unresolved pain, and develop a more integrated emotional life. It can also support you in creating stronger relationships, responding to challenges with greater flexibility, and feeling more connected to the person you want to become.
I approach this process with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your individual experience. My role is not to direct your journey, but to accompany you as we explore what has been holding you back and what may help you move forward.
If you live in Lafayette, CA and are considering psychoanalytic therapy, call (510) 500-9722 to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We can talk about what you are experiencing and whether working together may be a good fit.
